Who would enjoy attending this session?


  • Anyone at all who has something they need to spend time doing some focused work on. These sessions are designed to help you do some deep thinking. You'll have access to our Focus Runway soundscape and brain tools to help build a winning mindset


  • Anyone who has a lofty goal of any type that they want to achieve. e.g. studying for a qualification, weight loss, starting or building a business, financial goals, wellness goals, controlling stress, finding a purpose...​


How is it delivered?


  • We can host up to 20 persons at our Smart Wellness Centre in Kent per session

  • We can host up to an additional 100 places live on Zoom per session

  • We simply sit and work

  • Yes. You'll be surprised how much progress you'll make in these sessions. Being in a focus environment with other people with the same success mindset boosts results
